Sparkrock is seeking a high-performing .NET technical expert to craft best-in-class, AI-enhanced software for social benefit organizations. This 100% remote, globally distributed team delivers ERP and product platforms used by 150,000+ people daily.

The role requires 10+ years in .NET, 5+ years in full-stack, and experience on an enterprise SaaS team, with strong English communication and leadership capabilities to mentor others and shape product standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
10+ years in .NET development.
5+ years in full-stack development.
5+ years on an enterprise SaaS team.
Hands-on use of AI-assisted / agentic coding tools in daily development.
Hands-on experience implementing unit/integration tests in backend and frontend.
Hands-on CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
Hands-on experience with containerized applications.
Proven track record of interacting with senior management.
Proven track record in creating and managing strong product-driven standards.
Strong English communications (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Evaluate technical designs to ensure they fit product standards.
Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms for the product.
Define technical and coding standards; define and participate in code reviews.
Code complex solutions and prototypes.
Use AI-assisted / agentic coding tools in day-to-day development.
Define and manage the product release process; document application architecture.
Deliver deep dives to solve complex problems; develop and execute ITDs.
Mentor and educate developers; interact with other teams as the platform technical expert.
