Job summary

Sparkrock is hiring a senior.NET developer for a 100% remote, globally distributed team. You will design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted features within our ERP/product platforms used by nonprofits, schools, and government agencies.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure scalable, secure software delivery across enterprise SaaS products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development.
• 5+ years of full-stack development.
• 5+ years on an enterprise SaaS development team.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted / agentic coding tools in day-to-day development.
• Hands-on experience implementing unit/integration tests.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• Hands-on experience with containerized applications.
• Proven track record communicating with senior management.
• Strong English communications (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical designs to ensure they fit product standards.
• Evaluate and suggest new technologies and platforms for the product.
• Define technical and coding standards; participate in code reviews.
• Code complex solutions and prototypes.
• Use AI-assisted / agentic coding tools in day-to-day development.
• Define and manage the product release process; document architecture.
• Deliver deep dives to solve complex problems; develop ITDs.
• Mentor and educate developers; interact with teams as platform expert.
