Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Data Science or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in paid media across major platforms.
• Current paid media certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy).
• Strong understanding of auction-based media buying and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own media strategy across platforms and lead cross-functional teams.
• Champion AI-driven innovation and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CTR.
• Forecast performance using real-time data and predictive AI inputs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to guide strategy and testing.
• Audit accounts to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate insights clearly.
