St. Onge is seeking an energetic, autonomous Business Development professional to connect with clients and map strategic firms. The role supports SME Directors in face-to-face meetings and enables remote work with travel to trade shows, conferences, and client sites.

This high-impact, entrepreneurial position requires 5+ years of experience, storytelling skills, and the drive to build a powerhouse network from a home office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant job-related experience in business development or similar field.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to generate leads and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generating interest with new client prospects.
• Scheduling conversations with prospects and one of our SME directors, preferably face to face.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term network relationships.
• Prepare reports and updates on account status and performance.
• Partner with Business Development to explore new opportunities.
• Attend conferences and trade shows as required.
