Job summary

Sensiple is seeking an experienced IVR Tester to join our remote-enabled QA team. You will conduct manual testing of IVR call flows, routing, prompts, DTMF, and integration points, with exposure to AI-driven contact center solutions.

Responsibilities include designing test cases, executing system/integration/regression tests, validating AI-assisted journeys, performing API and SQL checks, and tracking defects in Azure DevOps while collaborating with product and AI teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manual testing experience in IVR or contact center applications.
• Strong understanding of IVR systems, call flows, prompts and DTMF.
• Experience with AI-enabled contact center solutions and testing.
• Familiarity with API testing, SQL data validation and defect tracking in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and prepare detailed IVR test cases.
• Perform manual IVR testing of call flows, routing, prompts, DTMF and transfers.
• Execute System, Integration, Regression and End-to-End testing.
• Validate AI-powered conversational workflows and agent handoffs.
• Log, prioritize and track defects using Azure DevOps or equivalent tool.
• Validate backend data with basic SQL queries and tests.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and AI teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare test execution and defect reports and support UAT.
