Job summary

AllVoices is seeking a Technical QA Automation Specialist to shift QA left from manual to automated and AI-assisted testing. You will convert existing test cases into automated tests, expand regression coverage, and help evaluate tools and workflows for faster, scalable QA.

You'll build end-to-end tests with Cypress and Puppeteer, work with engineers to improve test reliability, and contribute to reusable QA patterns while supporting manual testing for new features as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience writing automated tests for modern web applications.
• Ability to convert manual test steps into stable automated test cases.
• Interest in using AI to improve QA speed, coverage, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Convert manual test cases and QA workflows into automated tests
• Build and maintain end-to-end tests using Cypress and Puppeteer
• Use AI-assisted QA tools to speed up test creation and maintenance
• Evaluate QA automation tools including AI-based tools
• Identify opportunities where AI can reduce complexity of test coverage
• Define practical automation coverage for core product workflows
• Create automated regression tests for high-risk areas
• Review existing manual QA processes and prioritize automation
• Debug failing automated tests and diagnose root causes
• Collaborate with engineers to improve reliability and maintainability
• Organize test suites to support releases, smoke and regression testing
• Validate bug fixes and extend automated coverage
• Document testing patterns and AI-assisted QA workflows
• Support manual QA for new features and exploratory testing
