Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to strengthen how R&D decisions are made using product analytics, AI tools, and customer signals. This remote role spans East US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Estonia and Israel, reporting to the Head of Product Operations.

You will work at the intersection of product, data, AI, and customer insight, building scalable measurement foundations and reliable reporting to guide investments and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• Experience partnering with product, data, and engineering teams.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop product measurement and instrumentation with scalable dashboards.
• Strengthen analytics data foundations and model core product entities.
• Translate usage and customer signals into actionable insights for roadmaps.
