MUST Company is seeking an experienced Employer Brand lead to shape how we attract talent and communicate our culture. You will define what makes us a good fit and ensure every hiring touchpoint reflects that reality.

You'll rewrite job posts, partner with recruiters, run a candidate experience program, and report on quality of hire and time to productivity. This is a remote role for a team working across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Proven ability to craft EVP and careers brand.
• Strong writing that sounds human and authentic.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers on interview materials.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones and in English.
• Familiar with using AI tools in daily work.
• Ability to measure hiring metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate culture into checkable criteria for interviews and portfolios.
• Rewrite job posts and careers pages to reflect real work.
• Collaborate with recruiters on screening questions and scorecards in Match Hire.
• Ensure timely, clear communication with all candidates.
• Monitor online perceptions of MUST and update messaging.
• Lead an employee referral program that is actually used.
• Report monthly on metrics like quality of hire and time to productivity.
