CapsLock is a global IT marketing company seeking a Creative Design Team Lead who blends creative leadership with AI-driven analytics to drive performance across campaigns. You will scale a small team of AI-enabled designers, shape production processes, and push for data-informed visual experimentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in leadership of design teams, strong project management, and deep fluency in English, with hands-on proficiency in Figma, Adobe CS, and AI tools to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading creative/design teams in digital marketing.
• You build clear processes, guide your team, and stay proactive and open to new ideas.
• Drive projects from start to finish with top-tier quality and strict deadlines.
• Articulate why a creative works or doesn't with strong visual craft.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; connect AI outputs with traditional design pipelines.
• Hands-on with modern AI image platforms to create photoreal visuals and test approaches.
• Track new AI models and tools; stay hands-on with relevant platforms to unblock the team.
• Experience with static visuals for performance marketing across paid channels.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers from 3 to 6.
• Own the production flow: task distribution, capacity planning, and strict QC.
• Drive creative direction: concepts, hooks, and visual angles that convert.
• Generate ideas and push the team beyond safe iterations using trends and competitors.
• Own the creative testing loop: build a database of winners and analyze failures.
• Stay up-to-date with AI models and tools; act as the go-to expert for creative AI.
• Run regular R&D and build prompt/style libraries for consistency as the team grows.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers, Marketers, Media Buyers, and Video Editors; align on strategy and deadlines.
