Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in customer-facing engineering roles.
• Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience leading technical teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience architecting, deploying, or managing AI/ML in production environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing distributed cloud-native, hybrid, or event-driven architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing team of customer-embedded Forward Deployed Solution Engineers across AI deployments, cloud architectures, and mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Accelerate customer business outcomes, shorten time-to-value, and drive durable account retention and expansion.
• Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent while promoting technical rigor and ownership.
• Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and product leadership to translate deployment telemetry into roadmap innovations.
