Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a remote contract role to support the design, evaluation, configuration, and implementation of AI-powered workforce solutions and manager experiences. The role spans business analysis, solution architecture, AI enablement, process design, and product operations, focusing on requirements and platform-based delivery before engineering resources.

Qualifications

5+ years of business systems analysis experience for enterprise platforms.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements with Agile.
Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with HR tech like Workday or ServiceNow HRSD.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from HR, People Technology, and stakeholders.
Facilitate discovery sessions to define outcomes and requirements.
Translate initiatives into user stories, epics, and workflows.
Evaluate AI use cases across performance management and employee experience.
Support solution feasibility reviews and risk assessments.
Partner with platform admins to implement configuration-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities to reduce custom development via platform capabilities.
