Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support design, evaluation, and implementation of AI-powered workforce solutions. The role spans business analysis, solution architecture, and process design, focusing on translating HR and business needs into platform capabilities before engineering involvement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in business systems analysis, strong Agile experience, and familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems analysis for enterprise platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements using Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Experience with HR tech platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from HR, People Technology, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define outcomes and solution needs.
• Translate initiatives into user stories, epics, workflows, and system requirements.
• Refine requirements to maximize platform capability without custom code.
• Evaluate AI use cases across performance management, employee experience, and manager effectiveness.
• Create SOPs, governance docs, and AI prompt libraries.
