Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a client-facing SaaS implementation role.
• Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
• Experience handling difficult customers or situations and driving resolutions.
• Ability to research and learn quickly in a complex space.
• Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and LIS systems (Epic Beaker, Novopath, Cerner Millennium) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with DDx customers (labs, academic medical centers, hospital systems) and clinical trial managers during technical implementation.
• Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT and internal teams.
• Provide project management for all implementation tasks, including scheduling updates and risk/issue resolution.
• On-call support for external clients as an escalation point for the support team.
• Travel up to 20%.
