Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to design, develop, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that streamline operations and accelerate decision-making. You will lead two scrum teams (6 engineers) and collaborate with product owners, security, data, and operations to drive rapid prototyping to production.

The role emphasizes mentorship, design leadership, and alignment to enterprise standards, with a target salary range and discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in large enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading technical design, solution architecture, or senior-level delivery.
• 2+ years delivering AI-enabled, automation-based, or workflow improvement solutions.
• Experience with modern application development, API integration, secure coding practices, and production support.
• Experience using enterprise-approved AI or developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements and working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled software solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate AI-based solutions using enterprise tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and integrate applications, APIs, automation workflows, and reusable components.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentoring, and delivery support.
• Evaluate AI capabilities and identify practical use cases to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure solutions meet security, reliability, maintainability, and production readiness.
