Job summary

Aurigo is seeking an AI Deployment Engineer to join its Forward Deployed Engineering team. This hands-on role leads the technical deployment of AI agents into customer environments, integrating them with enterprise systems and validating performance in production.

You will work with agency tech teams, business stakeholders, and Aurigo's Product and Engineering teams to solve deployment challenges, optimize workflows, and ensure reliable, scalable outcomes across customer programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/AI; master's preferred.
• 3+ years delivering production software, integration or deployment projects.
• Strong REST API integration and data movement skills (Python preferred).
• Hands-on with AI agents/LLMs configuration and evaluation.
• Experience with unstructured data and data prep for agents.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate Aurigo AI agents in customer environments.
• Build data integrations between Masterworks and agency systems.
• Develop scripts to streamline data workflows.
• Configure agent workflows and outputs with the Agent Designer.
• Monitor production deployments and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with agency IT and product/engineering teams.
