Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking an Agent Designer who works with the Domain SME to design and configure AI agents for field deployments in capital program management workflows. The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on configuration, and real-world outputs.

You will drive training data quality, determine prompts, and balance AI literacy with domain fluency to ensure agent behaviour meets customer needs in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software implementation or business analysis with customer-facing work.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools or prompt engineering.
• AI/ML literacy to evaluate model training and outputs.
• Ability to work in ambiguous field environments.

Responsibilities

• Map agency workflows in detail and configure/deploy agents in real time.
• Own training data quality with SMEs and ensure labeling standards.
• Build and maintain integrations between Masterworks and agency systems.
• Collaborate with IT, data stewards, and admins on access and constraints.
• Develop and test agent configurations and evaluation benchmarks.
