Job summary

Graphed is hiring our first forward-deployed engineer to stand up AI agents for real customers. You’ll deploy agents, connect them to customer data sources, and be the main technical contact during onboarding.

This early role blends coding with customer interaction and will shape how we deliver live deployments. You’ll work closely with the founders on both the technical side and customer enablement, learning how growth and AI products are built and deployed in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Can read and write code, and work with APIs.
• Strong communication with customers.
• Own outcomes and fix issues quickly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing stack and needs.
• Experience with SQL or data tooling is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI agents for new customers, connecting to their data sources.
• Ship customer dashboards using our deployment tooling.
• Lead onboarding calls as the technical point of contact.
• Serve as the feedback loop between customers and founders to guide future work.
