Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Release Train Engineer for 100% remote delivery in the financial services sector. You will own program flow, establish Kanban, manage WIP, and partner with a Product Lead and a Technical Lead to convert priorities into deliverable epics.

You will facilitate planning, demos, and retrospectives, coaching leaders across multiple teams while embedding AI readiness into delivery. This role offers W2 benefits and a remote East Coast schedule.

Qualifications

Proven RTE or equivalent senior multi-team Agile leadership.
Expertise in Kanban, Scrumban, Lean flow with WIP limits and cycle-time.
Strong coaching and facilitation to guide senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Run the system of work by establishing and improving the program Kanban, WIP limits, and clear readiness/done criteria.
Translate intent into executable work by partnering with product/business leaders to break outcomes into small, testable epics.
Clear the path by surfacing and resolving risks, dependencies, and blockers across data access, integrations, and review queues.
Embed AI readiness into delivery by planning evaluation, human review, monitoring, and support as first-class work.
Facilitate decisions through planning, syncs, demos, and retrospectives focused on evidence and trade-offs.
Grow team autonomy by coaching leaders and teams to make local decisions and reduce central coordination.
