Qualifications
- Proven RTE or equivalent senior multi-team Agile leadership.
- Expertise in Kanban, Scrumban, and Lean flow including WIP limits.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills across senior leaders.
- Adaptive approach to scale practices for small teams.
- Knowledge of AI delivery across data and monitoring.
- Cross-functional leadership across business, product, tech, vendors.
Responsibilities
- Run the system of work by establishing Kanban, WIP limits, and criteria.
- Translate intent into executable work with product and business leaders.
- Resolve risks, dependencies, blockers across data access and reviews.
- Embed AI readiness into delivery as first-class work.
- Facilitate decisions via planning, syncs, demos, retrospectives.
- Grow team autonomy by coaching leaders to reduce central coordination.
