Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will guide live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

You’ll be paid weekly for freelance work, with opportunities to earn up to $15/hour plus incentives. The role emphasizes careful observation, clear explanations, and writing precise notes to help refine AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted output, flicker, or mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English about what you saw.
