Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off, remotely and on your own terms.

As an independent 1099 contractor, you’ll be paid weekly and can work from anywhere with internet access. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with typical pay up to $15 USD per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to look and listen closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain choices clearly.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing English explanations.
