Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs to prompts, and provide written explanations of what looked off or incorrect.

This is a remote, flexible-hours opportunity with weekly payments. As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your insights help improve AI systems in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred; experience in evaluating media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts and quality.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, misalignment, and audio-visual mismatches, then explain findings in English.
