Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining observations clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Eligible to work in Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, and United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English.
