Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare images and videos, and write precise explanations in English about what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Attention to detail, patient with close listening and replaying to verify issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems (distortions, flicker, misaligned audio) and explain findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
