Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural and clear each one sounded.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
Write concise explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
