Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and judge how well outputs follow prompts while explaining what looked or sounded wrong.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
Writing a concise explanation in English detailing observed issues.
