Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain in writing what’s off, remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and helpful each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to observed issues and support your judgments.
