Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, helping shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Earn up to $15/hr with flexible hours, paid weekly, and access to leading LLMs. This is a 1099 freelance opportunity, open to applicants worldwide, with payments via ACH, PayPal or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Able to judge AI outputs and provide writing to describe issues.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text or audio mismatches.
• Writing English explanations that point to observed issues.
