Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and provide precise written feedback. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all on your own schedule and from home.

You'll rate outputs across clarity, realism, and adherence to prompts, while continually learning how AI systems can improve. This freelance, 1099 role offers flexible hours and regional payment options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a specific explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
