Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping improve real-world AI systems.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, great attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when options have flaws. Flexible hours and project-based pay support a remote work lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations plainly.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural and clear each exchange is.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise English explanation.
