Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate its alignment with prompts. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models and compare image and video pairs, working remotely on a flexible schedule.

You'll describe what looked or sounded off in writing, helping improve how advanced AI systems reason and learn. This freelance role offers weekly payments and the ability to work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing an English explanation explaining what was seen.
• Common tasks include image evaluations, video evaluations, and video caption labeling.
