Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

This freelance role impacts how advanced AI systems reason and learn for real-world use. You will be paid weekly, with rates up to $15 per hour, plus incentives, and you’ll gain access to leading LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of exchanges.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy or misalignment.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
