Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-created images and videos, and write clear, evidence-based explanations of what’s off.

Your work helps improve AI reasoning and realism while you work from home or while traveling. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong writing skills and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review conversations closely.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts, distorted anatomy, or unsynchronized audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
