Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home or while traveling. You will evaluate live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images/videos, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
Rating each output on adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise English explanation.
