Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, helping improve frontier AI systems.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, captions, and audio against prompts, providing concise explanations, and ensuring high-quality judgments across tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what looked or sounded off across tasks.
