Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in written form. Your work helps improve AI systems while earning up to $15/hr with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options both have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio/video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation.
