Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own terms.

This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with up to $15/hour. Rates vary by expertise and project needs; pay is weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment in audio/video.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of observed issues.
