Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote basis. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write precise explanations of what went wrong, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating audio, video, and text outputs, ranking responses, and providing clear, evidence-based feedback to help improve AI systems. This is a remote contract role with weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to determine prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
