Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to participate in remote, flexible-hour engagements evaluating AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and document what is off in clear, concise explanations.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to articulate judgments on realism, adherence to prompts, and quality. International applicants welcome, with payments on a weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining through realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or mismatches and describing issues in writing.
