Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, explain what looked or sounded off, and work remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in/replaying) to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing an English explanation.
