Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping improve AI reasoning and performance.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly describe complex perceptual issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or review content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or text/audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing targeted explanations in English.
