Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, all remotely on your own schedule.

Role focuses on evaluating realism, adherence to prompts, and quality across audio, image, and video outputs. This is a freelance 1099 contract allowing flexible, remote work from the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Willingness to work remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rank each exchange.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distortions or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing explanations in English.
