Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and sharp attention to detail. Experience writing concise explanations is a plus, and applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts and quality.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video desynchronization.
• Write specific explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
