Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and flexibly.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-focused, with strong written communication and the ability to deliver concise, evidence-based reviews.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what was observed.
