Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, schedule-flexible basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score responses, and describe what looked or sounded off in writing.

This helps improve AI systems and the quality of generated media. Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio against prompts, with a focus on accuracy, realism, and adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to discuss realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.
• Comfort with evaluating live AI outputs and explaining observations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English pointing to what was seen or heard.
