Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare and rate AI-generated images and videos, and provide written explanations of any issues, all on a flexible schedule.

Applicants from multiple countries can participate; earn rates vary, with potential up to $15 per hour and extra incentives. You also gain free access to leading language models and tools to aid evaluations.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Aufgaben

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear English explanation of findings.
