Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, scoring each exchange and writing precise explanations in English.

Position offers fully remote work with flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour. Additional incentives are provided through mission-based payouts, and users gain free access to leading LLMs worth over $200

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear explanation in English.
