Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will rate outputs across adherence, quality and realism, and write concise explanations in English. Flexible hours, fully remote, paid weekly, with rates up to $15 per hour plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• We are seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media.
• Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely — zooming in and replaying — to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a clear explanation in English.
