Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off.

This role is fully remote with flexible hours and pays up to $15/hour, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, have strong attention to detail, and can clearly articulate why a given output better follows the prompt.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication while explaining observations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of the choice.
