Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in written form.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and the ability to explain observations in writing.
• Willingness to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, glitches, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a detailed English explanation.
